PAMS begins with care, for the ecosystem, the future, and the community. Every solution and service of PAMS centers around the very idea of Truly Responsible Enterprise (TRE). PAMS engages and supports foundations and charitable activities for the minority. PAMS-affiliated nonprofit organizations Foundation for the Employment Promotion of the Blind (FEPB) and Vocational Training Center for the Blind (VTCB) are founded by Pecharat Techavachara in 1993. They aim to provide occupational training and opportunities for the blind.
They are the first foundation and vocational school for the blind in Thailand.
